Welcome to "Comoneetop," our island main house located in West Tisbury, on Martha's Vineyard. Comoneetop, a
native Indian word for welcome, is located on the access road that is between the two entrances of Long Point, considered to have the best beach on the island. Long Point is a conservation area
of over 100 acres with osprey nests, beach grasses, and rolling dunes. Both the summer and winter/spring/fall entrances have spectacular views and opportunities for long walks along the beach

Comoneetop is a contemporary design on one and one half acres. The property is nicely landscaped
with a lawn and grove of trees lining the long driveway. There is complete privacy from the guesthouse, a smaller contemporary on the same property. Outdoors you will find a frontn
entrance leading to the front, screened door. |

The back of the house has a wrap around deck accessible from any of the three sliders. Lounge chairs, an
umbrella table and cushioned chairs invite outdoor dining and relaxation. |

An outdoor shower, installed by Walpole, has a changing area and complete privacy. Most people
would agree that a vacation on Martha's Vineyard is not complete without showering outside after a day at the beach or shopping. |
